Underfoot Feel

The full length ZoomX midsole provides fantastic levels of cushioning and responsiveness and works with a full length carbon fibre plate to deliver maximum energy return and propulsion. The flex-grooved outsole ensures superb multi-directional traction. 

Upper Fit

The accommodating and redesigned mesh upper provides structure and support as it contours to the foot, providing a comfortable and soft feel with excellent breathability. The toe box is also reinforced in key areas for some extra security and durability. The lightly padded tongue reduces lace pressure while internal foam heel pods add some additional comfort and lock the heel securely in place.

Ideal Run Type

The Nike ZoomX Vaporfly NEXT% 2 is a shoe designed for fast running over longer distances and with a lightweight, nimble feel will respond fantastically in sessions or races where there may be multiple directional changes or variations in pace. The original Vaporfly pushed the boundaries and this latest version simply pushes them further!

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone’s feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles. Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb’s width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes). This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
